The move from teenager to adult requires careful planning. Parents and carers may be wondering how their young person’s benefits may be affected.

Family Fund will look at the various organisations that should be involved in supporting your young person as they transition into adult services. They'll also talk about where you can go for help, and who’s available to provide support.

13th - PWS Community Christmas Panto Trip, South West. We’re delighted to invite families from our PWS community to a very special festive treat this December at the Exeter Corn Exchange – a joyful performance of the classic pantomime Pinocchio! Tickets are completely free for families (up to 4 people) in our PWS community.

3rd - PWS Community Christmas Panto Trip, Scotland.

16th -19th - PWS Community Weekend Trecco Bay, South Wales. We will be heading to South Wales for a fun filled community weekend. You can join in with everything or just pick the bits you fancy - it’s your weekend, your way!

14th -17th - PWS Community Weekend Tattershall Lakes, Lincolnshire. Join us for a fabulous PWS get together. There will be lots of opportunities to meet and chat, to play and explore this lovely setting.

There are lots of facilities on park including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bike hire, an Aqua Park, Archery and Jet Skis. There are playgrounds bars and entertainment with virtual darts, and craft activities.

11th - 14th - PWS Community weekend Sundrum, Scotland . Join us back in Sundrum. 

We’ve got a jam-packed programme full of joy, including crafty fun, coffee & chat time, a fabulous day out on Saturday and a relaxed get-together on Sunday! Join us for a little or as much as you want.
