What is GDPR?


The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) require us to ensure that any information that we have about you is held correctly so that we can continue being in contact with you. We don’t pass any of your details on to anybody else and we only use personal details to improve our support services. It also means if you call us again, we will have your details to hand.


Please complete a form for each member of the household by ticking the relevant consent boxes. You will receive an email confirming your submission.

This form also gives you the option to become a member of PWSA UK - it's free, and all you have to do is tick the membership box in the form below, but you will only become a member if you select 'yes'. You can find out more about membership below.

Would you like to become a free member?

If you are a parent/carer/professional  and become a member you will receive our  quaterly magazine PWS News via email.

Adults with PWS 


If you are aged 16 years or older you can become a member and receive the quarterly magazine, Wise Owl Feathers written by adults with PWS for Adults with PWS. Wise Owl Feathers is available via post or email, please choose how you would like to receive your magazine. 

We also run monthly zoom nights consisting of bingo, quizzes and other fun stuff. Would you like to hear about these?

As a member of PWSA UK, you will join a special community at the heart of everything we do. Use your lived experience of Prader-Willi syndrome to influence our work and develop our plans.


Who can join?

Our membership scheme is open to anyone 16 years old or over who shares our mission, vision, and values. Our members include people with PWS, parents and carers, and professionals working with the PWS community.
