Coronavirus update: temporary office closure but service continues

JHorsfall • Mar 17, 2020

Update on how PWSA UK is continuing to deliver its services while following government advice in relation to coronavirus.

In line with government guidance, our Derby office will close this afternoon (17th March 2020) and from 9am Wednesday 18th March 2020 Team PWSA UK will all be working from home. Our priority is to keep our helpline running as usual, and to ensure that help and support continue to be only a call or a click away.

Our telephone helpline has now been diverted, so please continue to use our main office number 01332 365676. However, we will only have one line, so if you have any difficulty getting through, please try again a short while later, or email admin@pwsa.co.uk.

We will not be able to transfer your call to other team members, so we will ask for your contact details and one of the team will ring you back as soon as possible.

We are following government advice closely about future events and will keep everyone fully informed about any postponements or cancellations required as a result.

We know that everyone is really concerned about the effect of the coronavirus on our community. Please keep updated with the latest government information here, follow our social media information posts and keep a copy of our Information for A & E handy here in case you need to go to hospital.
